Updated this week

How to customize signature fields with Tomorro?

Customizing signature fields allows you to select which information will be visible to each signer, letting you adapt the signatures to your needs for confidentiality and accuracy.

Where to customize signature fields with Tomorro?

You can configure the custom signature at three key stages in the contract lifecycle:

  • In the template Editor: Set default information for each contract template.

  • In the project Editor: Modify signature settings for a specific project.

  • On the signature preparation page: Adjust information before sending the contract for signing.

What can be customized with this feature?

Here are the customizable elements for each signature:

  • Organization name: Show or hide the signer's organization name.

  • First and last name: Choose to display the signer's full name or not.

  • Signer’s title 🆕: Add the job title or professional position.

  • Email: Hide the email address for added privacy.

  • Signing location 🆕: Indicate the location where the signature was added.

  • Timestamp: Specify the date and time of the signature.

  • Custom note 🆕: Add a specific note for the signer, if needed (e.g., “Read and approved”).

Any unknown information about a signer will be requested once, at the time of their first signature, and the custom note must be manually re-entered.

👥 Who can use this feature?

All users with access to the signature module can take advantage of these customization options.
