Only organization administrators can manage folders and subfolders.
Creating folders and subfolders
Tomorro allows you to structure your repository by creating your own hierarchy. This helps you efficiently organize your projects in folders and subfolders.
Create a folder
Access the repository from the main menu.
Click on "New Folder" at the top right.
Select the parent folder (by default, "Repository" is the public space and the root of all folders).
Name the folder.
Click "Create this Folder" to confirm.
The folder creator is its exclusive owner and will have access to all projects stored within it.
Create a subfolder
The process is the same as creating a folder:
Enter the relevant folder.
Click on "Create a Folder" at the top right.
Enter the subfolder name and select its parent folder.
Click "Create Folder" to finalize.
Members with access to a parent folder will automatically have access to its subfolders, which inherit the same permissions.
Modifying or deleting a folder/subfolder
Modify a Folder
You can modify a folder’s information at any time:
Click on "..." at the top right of the folder.
Select "Edit Folder".
Change the name or update the parent folder.
Delete a folder
Click on "..." at the top right of the folder.
Select "Delete Folder".
Type the word "delete" to confirm the deletion.
Click "Delete Folder".
Projects stored in a deleted folder will remain accessible in the contract library but will no longer be classified under a specific folder.
Managing Folder and Contract Access
With these features, you can efficiently manage the organization and confidentiality of your contracts within the Tomorro contract library.
Add members or groups to a folder
You can manage access to folders and subfolders with precision:
Open the relevant folder.
Click "Share" at the top right.
Add groups or individual members.
All added members will have read-only access to the folder and all its subfolders.
If the user has access to the folder but is not a participant → They will have read-only access to the project.
If the user has access to the folder and is a participant → They will be able to interact with the project.
If the user does not have access to the folder but is a participant → They will be able to interact with the project, and the contract will appear directly at the root of their repository.
Remove access to a folder
Open the relevant folder.
Click "Share" at the top right.
Hover over the name of a member or group and click the X that appears.
Members who are removed will no longer have access to the folder or its contracts, unless they are Participants in a specific contract.
A member designated as a Participant in a contract will retain access to that contract even if removed from the folder.
