๐Ÿ‘‰ Insert a conditional attached file

1. Attach a file

When you attach a file to a template (see Help Center article), it is displayed in the "Attached files" tab in the right-hand menu.

Files uploaded here will be automatically added to all projects created from this template.

If you wish, you can customize the automatic attachment of these files to projects according to criteria that you configure beforehand with a condition, for example :

  • attach an English or French file depending on the language of the document ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง/๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท

  • attach a quotation if the contract value exceed $500 ๐Ÿ’ฐ

2. Add a condition

๐Ÿ‘‰ To define the criteria under which your files will be attached to projects, click on "Add condition" next to the attached file:

Here, you can choose to create a new condition or to use an existing condition.

In this exemple, we will start with creating a new condition.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Click on "Create condition" and fill in the required information.

Then click on "Save this condition".

๐Ÿ‘‰ Edit/delete a conditional attached file
