Start signing a project or an external document with DocuSign from Tomorro

Tomorro integrates with DocuSign, the leading electronic signature solution, to streamline the management of your contracts (PRO and ENTERPRISE accounts).

Steps to sign a document with DocuSign

Once the project is in Tomorro, the process is similar whether it's a project created in Tomorro for signing or an external file (pdf or word) imported into Tomorro for signature.


Initiate the signing process with DocuSign

After creating or importing and finalizing the project, click "send" at the top of the page and select "prepare signature".

If this option is greyed out, ensure that all suggestions (modifications or approvals) have been addressed and all fields are completed.


Add signers

  • For your organization:choose from suggested members.

  • For the counterparty: add their email address or select from suggestions.

You can also add multiple signers for each party.


Preconfigure signature fields

Add the signature fields in the desired locations within the project.


Add attachments or annexes to the DocuSign envelope

If needed, include annexes or additional files in the signature envelope.


Validate the signature preparation

Once all steps are completed, validate the signature preparation at the top-right corner of your screen.


Add a note and send the project for signature

If necessary, include a note for the signers and send the project for signature.


Canceling the signing process

If you need to cancel a signature:

  • Click "..." at the top-right of the project page.

  • Select "cancel the signature process".

  • You can restart the signing process later by following the steps above.


Tracking the signature

The signature status will automatically update in Tomorro.

Once the project is signed, the file will be downloaded in pdf format directly to the platform.
Key information, such as the signing date, will be automatically added to the contract summary.

You can also configure reminders to monitor important deadlines.
