How can you use the Review Mode to edit or revise your projects under negotiation?

To prepare for the future of Tomorro, we are introducing Review Mode, a feature designed to simplify and optimize the editing and negotiation of your projects.

  • Seamless Collaboration : Edit, comment, and negotiate your documents in an ergonomic and user-friendly space.

  • Optimized Organization : Benefit from an intuitive interface that provides a clear and controlled view of your projects.

  • Future-Focused Vision : New tools will be progressively integrated to address your needs and further streamline your processes.

Activating and using Review Mode

Review Mode will become the primary space for editing and negotiating your projects starting January 21. You can enable it before this date by signing up via this link.

You simply need to click on "Review" for a project, and the red indicators will help you quickly identify the elements requiring your attention.

Key features of Review Mode

Edit Mode

Edit your project as usual: format, size, paragraphs, numbering, custom fields, and more.

Custom Fields

Access all custom fields in the form, with a red indicator highlighting those that still need to be completed.

Comments and Suggestions

View all comments and suggestions made on the project, and accept or reject them directly here.

Table of Contents (🆕)

The table of contents for your project is now available. Automatically track the articles and numbering defined within the project framework.

Closing or Sending

Finalize your document by closing it or sending it directly to your counterparty.


Coming Soon

  • Activity Tracking Mode: Check if a user is already working on the document. For example: "Diane is currently working on the project."

  • Version History: Access previous versions of your documents, perfect for negotiation or signing stages.

  • AI Recommendations: Leverage artificial intelligence to provide relevant and contextual suggestions during negotiations.
