At Tomorro, we believe that a contract is not just a document, but a real project in its entirety. This is why we use the term project, which includes the contract itself but also all the exchanges with internal and external collaborators, the files that can be exchanged, etc.
To create a new project, click the "+ New project" blue button that you will find permanently at the bottom left of your interface:
Then choose what you want to do:
1️⃣ Choose the option that suits you, from the following:
Start a new negotiation
Use a template from your organization (if available)
Use a free template (only if you are an Administrator)
Use your counterparty's template / an external document, to start
Store a signed contract :
Import an already signed PDF document to track our deadlines
Sign a document :
Import a pdf to sign it with Tomorro's native signature

Choose a project type
Here you must select the type of project you are starting, in other words the document category or type of document you wish to manage:

You have two options here:
Use the document template available in Tomorro: select the "Use document template" option:
Use an external document: sent to you by your counterparty, for example, or which is already ready to be sent for signing: select the "Use an external document" option.
Import the document in PDF or Word format:

Import the signed document in PDF format, then fill in the name of the counterparty and the name of the project (editable).

Import the document
Import the document to be signed in PDF format, then fill in the name of the co-contractor and the name of the project (editable).
Confirm by clicking on "Sign this document".
