The Tomorro basic smart fields
Updated over 3 months ago

At Tomorro, a field is a variable you can insert in your templates. It allows you to simplify the generation of your contracts by your teams as well as keep track of important data in the summary sheet or in the repository.

✅ What are the basic Tomorro's smart fields?

Upon creating your account, the following smart fields - also known as the Tomorro basic smart fields - are automatically created for you; they are necessary for the platform to function properly:

🤔 Why are they important for you?

These fields allow our algorithms, for example, to create automated reminders or to structure your projects by counterparty and contract type. Note that they will be automatically translated according to the user's display language.

Because of their necessity, it is not possible to edit or delete these fields.

On the other hand, you will be able to choose to display or hide them in the summary sheets of your contracts.
