How does it work?
Tomorro saves you time filling in the information on the summary sheet, thanks to a feature that extracts key from documents using Oro AI, our AI assistant.
You can use AI extraction in several places of the platform:
when you import a document on the ‘To process’ view
when you create a signed project
on an existing signed project
Extraction is automatically launched when new signed projects are imported.
It must be started manually for existing signed projects.
Which information is extracted?
As of today, it is possible to extract the following Tomorro standard fields:
Template
Extraction is based on the name of the template the AI detects in the list of existing templates in the organisation.
Counterparty name
We only extract existing counterparties from the list of saved counterparties
Start date
End date
Signature date
Language of the document
Renewal type: tacit or none
Renewal duration: if the renewal type is tacit
Duration type: defined or undefined
You can also extract your own custom fields.
The fields concerned are those you have marked as mandatory for signed projects or always mandatory.
Oro extracts data thanks to the field name and its help text. We encourage you to provide clear descriptions to help Oro in its extraction.
Who can run an extraction?
To run an extraction, two conditions need to be gathered:
You need to have activated the Oro integration by an Admin of the organisation,
You also need to be a project participant to launch an extraction.
How to run an extraction on a signed document
To run the extraction, open or create a signed document :
If the document already exists before the integration activation, you need to trigger the extraction manually from the summary sheet,
If you have just created the document, data extraction is launched automatically.
Once the extraction is complete, click on "Review extracted data" to display the extraction results:
And that's it!
All you have to do is check the extracted information and validate it for the summary sheet by clicking the green button at the bottom of the summary sheet:
⚠️ If any of the information extracted is incorrect, edit it directly in the fields before validating the data.
