Add different languages to a template

Do you have contract versions in French, English, Spanish, and German... for one of your templates?

Would you like your teams to be able to choose the template in the language they need when creating a new contract?

Tomorro allows you to easily manage them in one place: the template.

Add a new translation

First, go to the "Templates" tab.

Choose the template for which you want to add a new language.

If you haven't added any document to your template, we explain how to do so here: Add a document to a template.

At the top of the document, you will find a tab, showing the current language of the template.

To add a new language, click on the "+ Add language" button:

Once you have done this, follow these steps:

1) Choose the option you want from among those offered:

  • import your document from a .docx file)

  • or start from a blank page to write from scratch your template

2) Choose the language of the document you are going to add from the drop-down menu.

3) Finally, click on "Create document". ✅

There you go, you now have several tabs, each corresponding to a language, and can easily switch between them and set them up as you wish.

Please note that on one hand, each document version/language is independent.

On the other hand, the workflows and settings (archiving, summary sheet, assignment, editing rights) are common to all versions/languages available for your template.

Edit the settings of a version / Delete a version

Click on a tab among the languages of a template and click on "...".

Here, are 2 options:

  • Settings: you can change the language of the version. Click on "Save" to validate.

  • Delete the version: this option allows you to delete the version. Click on "Delete the document" to validate the deletion.

Any deletion of a version is final and irreversible.
