🎯 Boost Your Efficiency with Data Synchronization
Take it to the next level! Automatically map your Tomorro fields with your Salesforce fields to increase efficiency and keep your data always up-to-date across all your tools. This means:
➡️ When a contract is generated from Salesforce, the fields of your contract will automatically be filled with the data from your Salesforce fields.
⬅️ And when you have enabled synchronization from Tomorro to Salesforce, you can automatically update the values of Salesforce fields with your Tomorro data.
🗺 Manage Salesforce <> Tomorro Field Mapping
We have set up a very simple system to manage this mapping.
Step 1: Go to Tomorro > Integrations
Open the Salesforce integration page.
Step 2: Map Tomorro fields with Salesforce fields.
Here you will find all your Tomorro fields. You can select any field and then either:
Select one of the default Salesforce fields from the dropdown list
Or copy-paste the API value of your Salesforce field directly into the Salesforce field.
Don't forget to click the box next to each field to validate your mapping.
🔍 Mapping can be done for any fields within Opportunity, Account, or Contract objects. If you need another object, feel free to reach out to us.
Step 3: Hooray, it's done!
Now, when creating a contract from Salesforce, the mapped Salesforce field value will automatically be used to populate the Tomorro field.
