Internal collaboration is particularly important for successful negotiations, and Activities are a powerful tool for achieving this.

What are activities?

  • Activities correspond to an information thread tracing the entire life of a project since its creation. They can be accessed from within a project or from the project overview.

How can I use it to collaborate?

  • At the top of the activities, you'll see an input field with the message "Write a comment". By clinking in this field, you will see additional fields allowing to choose who will have access to your comments.

The comment can be either Private or Public:

If you post a comment in activities and the slider is set to "Private", the comment will only be visible to members of your own organization. You can see this by the padlock icon under your name once the comment is published.

💡Tip: To address specific colleagues and send them a notification, you can mention them. To do so, type "@" in your comment, then select the person from among the project participants.

To discuss with your counterparty, publish your comment in Public.

And that's it, you have used activities to collaborate internally on a project! 🚀
