You have numerous projects in negotiation, but some are eventually canceled or paused? You have the option to change these projects' status to "Canceled".
🤔 How to use this feature?
❌ Cancel a project in negotiation
In the menu at the top right of your screen, you will find the "Cancel project" button.
The project now has the status "Canceled" and no longer appears in the "Ongoing Negotiation" tab.
However, you can still find it in your repository.
💡 Here are all the features that allow you to search for your contracts:
Search a contract (search bar, contracting party file)
Use the filtered views
🔄 Relaunch a project with a "Canceled" status
If the project becomes active again, you can relaunch the negotiation.
To do this, simply reopen the project and click on "Relaunch negotiation".
Your project is then back in a Negotiating status. You can now modify your contract and send it to your contracting party for review or for signature.
You will find the project in the "Ongoing Negotiation" tab, with the status "In negotiation".
✅ Thanks to this feature:
The "Ongoing Negotiation" tab will only display "active" contracts in negotiation.
You keep a record of canceled contracts in the repository.
