Tomorro makes it easy to import all your contracts from the "To process" view:

  • directly from your mailbox,

  • by dropping files directly into the view,

... so you can process them when you have time, and put them in the right place.

👥 Who can see and use the "To process" view?

Your Tomorro account includes a "To process" view, common to your entire organization.

The "To process" view is accessible to all users, regardless of their role in the platform: Administrator, Manager, Contributor.

Every user in your organization, who has been invited to join the Tomorro account, can open it and upload files for further processing.

In the same way, each user can use the e-mail address dedicated to your organization to transfer files and process them in Tomorro.

📚 Who can consult documents in the "To process" view?

As explained above, all users have access to the "To process" view and can upload files.

However, depending on the user's role

1. Administrators

Administrators have access to all documents uploaded to the "To process" view:

  • those uploaded by them,

  • those uploaded by all Tomorro account users

2. Managers and Contributors

Users with the role of Manager or Contributor can only access documents they have uploaded to the "To process" view.
