Who can access this feature?
Every organisation that has activated Oro AI integration has access to it. All user roles (Admin, Manager or Contributor) can access and generate the summary, but it is not opened yet for external counterparties guests invited on the project.
How does it work?
On a signed document, you can generate a summary in a blink of an eye. You just have to click the "Generate" button located in the tracker, above the document as below:
After a few seconds, Oro AI writes the summary in front of you, with all the key information of the contract ✨
Once generated, the summary is stored and will be available for every user from your organisation visiting the project.
The summary will highlight the parties involved and the contract's essential details, required provisions and liabilities. It accentuates critical clauses like deadlines, payment terms and fundamental duties required for due enforcement of the contract.
You can rate the content of the summary. It is important you do so to help us improve its content.
💡 The summary is generated in the language of your organization (i.e. the default language) and not the user's local language.
