Create filtered view

Do you want to create, share, or modify a view based on specific criteria for your contracts?

Updated today

By default, the "To Process" view, available in the "Views" tab (main menu on the left), gathers all incomplete projects/contracts in your account.

You can also easily create an unlimited number of filtered views.

How to create a new filtered view

As an example, we will create a new view to display only the executed contracts where Tomorro is the counterparty.

Here are the steps to follow:

  • Click on "+" from the "Filtered Views"(menu on the left)

  • Name the new view

  • Apply the necessary filters to display only the desired contracts. You can add as many filters as you like

For our example, let's choose the criterion "Counterpart = Tomorro" and "Status = Excecuted"

  • Choose which columns to display/not display.

To do so, click on the "Smart Fields" button and check/uncheck the columns and change their order if you wish by dragging the smart fields.

  • Finally, click on "Save this view".

Share a view

Access rights are not affected by views.
If a user doesn’t have access to certain contracts, even if a view displaying those contracts is shared with them, they won’t see them—the view will appear empty.

Private views: Visible only to you.

By default, any new view created is private and visible only to its owner. Only the owner can share a view.

Public views: Visible to all organization members.

  1. Click "Share" at the top of the view.

2. Check "Make public."

You can change it back to private or share it with specific groups/members at any time.

Shared views: Accessible to specific members/groups.

  1. Click "Share" at the top of the view.

2. Select the members/groups in the designated field.

They will then see the view in their menu.

Remove access to a view:
Hover over the name of a member/group and click the cross icon on the right.

Modify or delete a view

To edit a view, first, enter the view you need to edit. Add, delete or change filters and/or column display as desired, then "Save Filtered View".

In order to delete a view, you have to be the owner of this view.

To delete a view, click on the "..." at the top right of the view, then click on "Delete View".

Any view deletion will be permanent, you won't be able to recover a deleted view. But you can always create it again.

Only the To process view cannot be deleted.
