You have published your template and want to re-draft it or simply unpublish it, to prevent users from using it while you are editing or working on it?
It is possible.
How to unpublish?
Go to the "Templates" section and open the template you want to unpublish.
Click on "More" at the top right, then "Unpublish Template".
The template is successfully unpublished when the "Publish template" button reappears ✅
You can publish / republish / unpublish your template at any time.
An unpublished template will become a draft, so it is no longer visible or usable for new projects by members of your organization.
How to find drafts?
Templates not yet published or unpublished have the status of draft.
You will therefore find them in the "Drafts" section of your templates.
