Filter my signed contracts using clauses

You can filter the signed contracts from your repository and in your views to get :

  • the list of contracts that contain a specific clause

  • the list of contracts that contain a specific clause that has been modified.

⚠️ These filters only applies to signed documents.

📸 How do I filter my contracts using clauses?

Create a filtered view

1) To get started, click on the "+" of "Filtered views" on the left menu

2) Then apply filters to the view: click on "Filters" to access the list of available filters.

3) Click on "Negotiation stage" to open the list of filters you can use;

4) Among the filters, in the "Clauses" section, you will find two possibilities:

  • Clause not modified - display documents that contain the selected clause in its unmodified version,

  • Clause modified - to display the documents that contain the selected clause in its modified version.

Select one of the two options.

4) Then choose the clause from the list of your clauses.

5) Once selected, the signed contracts containing the clause you selected will be displayed in the view.

6) Name the view, then click on "Save this view".

The view is now available in your "Filtered Views".

From the repository

From the Repository, you also have the possibility to filter the clauses according to the clauses they contain, and all from a specific folder or sub-folder for example.

Repeat the steps described above to apply the necessary filters and view the results of your search.
