How to use this feature?
From the "To Process" view, it's now possible to extract automatically the key information from a document for a better and faster archiving process.
You can now import or drag & drop your documents onto the view and let Oro AI do the rest ✨
💡 Tip: Import your documents and come back later to check the extracted data. You'll receive a notification when Oro AI has finished the extraction.
When the extraction is complete, the extraction will change its status to To review.
⚡️ There are 4 existing statuses: Pending, In progress, To review, Error
You can then open the document and check the fields marked with a small badge "AI", indicating that they have been found by IA.
If everything seems correct, you can fill in any missing mandatory field and create the project.
If an extracted value is incorrect, you can edit it directly in the field before creating the project.
